Grooming Prices:
All Grooming prices serve only as a base quotation to provide customer a rough guide. The actual price should not vary too much.

Grooming Appointments:
For your convenience and for the comfort of your dog it is advisable to make an appointment at least 3 days in advance, this ensures that you and dog will be attended without delay.

Please allow 24 hour cancellation or deferment notice. We do extend a courtesy reminder text the day before to confirm your appointment. You are reminded to be punctual and arrive at the stated appointment timing. If you are running late please call to reschedule.

You must be present at the end of the grooming session; we will inform you at least 15 minutes before we are finished to give you ample time for pick-up. Late arrival can incur extra charges. Your pet’s health and proper care is our utmost concern. If any services would to inflict pain onto your pet (e.g. Heavy De-Matting), our staff will let you know and give recommended alternatives. We apologise that we do not provide De-Ticking services.
